We exist because of every shop visit that left you with more questions than answers. We’re new. The standard isn’t.
The Origin
Started in a bay. Stayed honest.
Garage 46 started the way most good shops do: with people who couldn’t stop working on cars. Years spent in other people’s bays, other people’s dealerships, other people’s rules. We watched customers get talked past instead of talked to, and we kept a list of everything we’d do differently.
That list became this shop. One building in Winnipeg where the repair work is honest, the performance work is engineered, and the cars on the lot have nothing to hide. Three divisions wasn’t a business strategy. It’s everything we’re good at, under one roof, held to one standard.
The “46” is a working number: the bay where the first build came together, the badge we put on work we’re proud of. What matters is what it stands for: if it wears the 46, it was done with no shortcuts and no compromises.
